This lights up, buttons light but the machine emits a clicking sound and the wheels do not spin. Pulling the handle or pushing any buttons do not cause any action. It has a small dent on the top front , and a crack on the plastic display at the top that looks repaired (see all pictures). It is big and heavy, and being sold AS IS for parts or repair, PICK UP ONLY in Punta Gorda Florida.
