Vintage Victorian Civil War White Cotton Pleated Full Hoop Skirt Petticoat:

This is a vintage Victorian Civil War era 1860s petticoat skirt. It made of a white cotton fabric, with pleating. The petticoat skirt is a long full floor length which would have been worn over a crinoline hoop cage (not included), with gathering along the waistband, a mother of pearl button closure on the back and is unlined.
Condition:Vintage Condition. Some Small Frays on Bottom Hem. Label:None
Measurements:Length 40\"waist 24\"bottom circumference 110\"
