Mounts to cameras with \"hot shoe\" and syncs through thehot shoe. It can also sync through async cord which is included. The flash operates on AA batteries, so if the batteries run down, you can just install new batteries. This is a manual flash which flashes the same every time. The dial on the back tells the user where to set the f stop based on film speed and distance from the subject. The original manual is included. Cosmetically the flash is in very good condition with little if any sign of wear. The flash flashes and cycles as it should.
