It looks just about perfect with little to no wear to gilding and a beautiful transferware scene on the lid that opens for the little feathered bird to come out and start singing. It measures about 4.75\" wide, 3.25\" deep and just a smidge over 2\" at its highest. It has these small cabochon\'s that look like lapis and pearls but not sure what they are made of. The box stands on 4 ball feet and is marked MADE IN WEST GERMANY on the bottom as you can see. No original box. Very Items I sell are not new.
