Vintage 1950s Westinghouse electric 8 amps 115 v AC Single Speed Made in USA.

All original components. Single speed. Body is cast aluminum and the cage is steel. All of my Westinghouse fans are distinctively different in color schemes. This particular fan is restored in a high gloss \"Dark Moon light metallic\" on motor housing and alighter \"Blue Berry Metallic\" on base andcage. The paint was custom mixed in an automotive grade solvent based paint on all body parts. The fan runs quiet (except the air movement sound from the blade) and works as engineered. This fan was completely refurbished. Entire fan was disassembled. Motor cleaned and rewired. All outside surfaces glass blasted, primed, painted in a two component gloss clear. The Fan blade is aluminum andpolished. The aluminum fins on the body were sanded, polished and waxed. The Westinghouse logo was produced by laser etching the high gloss Blue Berry bar on the cage to the orange paint below producing the \"Westinghouse Logo\". Then clear coated over the entire logo bar. The laser etched logois in the original Westinghouse font. I have sold many of the same style of these fans restored with all happy customers. See my reviews. Please zoom in and look at the quality of my work. I made no attempt to change any of the original casting effects in the art deco cast components. I wanted to keep the character of this fan. I have tested this fan for 24 hours. Oiled and all wicks cleaned to remove old tarnish. Bearings were solvent cleaned to restores the original pores in the bronze. Runs very smooth and oscillates perfectly. The cord is a new black color. The blade has very minor defects I made no attempt to change the original shape by grinding out minor defects, this could change the original sound of the spinning blade. Keep this fan up and away from small children, my suggestion is to place this fan on a small wall shelf. Fan measures 13 1/2 inches tall with a 10 inch blade. Fan should be oiled a couple times a year with a light grade motor oil through the two oil ports located front and back between the center top fins.I use a \"Zoom spout oil\" You can purchase this oil at your local hardware store.
