This fixture came out of a house in north Kansas City that was built around 1905. It is in the same shape as when it was in the house. As stated above, the glass is in excellent condition. Depending on how you want the fixture to look, the metal parts probably need refinished. Look at the pictures carefully. You are buying this \"as is, no returns.\"
