I need to address Shipping & Handling charges. I do not make the Shipping Rates, the USPS does. They charge by the pound, if the packaged item weight goes even 1/2 oz over the pound, it is automatically charged the next pounds rate. First Class packages go only up to 13 oz. over that, it is a pound. These are reasonable, but not insured. The next is Priority shipping is the best way & cheapest, it is insured & tracked, delivery in 2-3 days. Then there is Parcel Post, which really is not much cheaper unless it goes over 3 pounds or more, is not insured unless paid for separate, about $1.95 more, it also can take 3-9 days for delivery. There is no such thing as bargain shipping. I ship mostly in my own re-cycled boxes, I use any & all fillers, bubble wrap etc I have, even if I purchase more, I do not charge for it. I keep my prices as low as I can & occasionally I still get accused of overpricing for Shipping. I do not make a profit on shipping. The weight of the article is the weight, nothing I can do about it. I offer many items with free shipping, unfortunately I cannot offer all, I would have to raise the price on the item so much it wouldn\'t make any sense. So Please, if you purchase something from me & you are unhappy with the shipping, don\'t purchase it, I try to keep my response at 100% buyer satisfaction, I\'m honest & easy to work with, just contact me if you have a problem. Thanks for reading this, I know it\'s long, but it needs to be said. By the way, out of the sale, also comes fees & Paypal fees, I would like to think this is still worth doing as I love it.
