There are nine Akoya cultured pearls matched in size at 5.5mm to 6mm in diameter, five round cabochon cut star sapphires measuring 4.1mm in diameter, two pair shaped opals and four oval opals measuring 6mm by 8mm, two pear shaped green Jadeite Jades and four oval green Jadeite Jades measuring 6mm by 4mm, five cabochon cut round Rubies measuring 4.3mm in diameter, four oval Rhodoschrosite cabochons measureing 6mm by 8mm, two black jade oval cabochons measuring 6mm by 8mm and two butterscotch jade cabochons measuring 6mm by 8mm. The gems are set with prongs into an open leaf & vine Asian style design with hidden clasp and figure eight safety. The total weight is 46.58 grams and will fit up to a 7\" wrist.
