Vintage hat stand it has been handpainted and shellacked you can tell it\'s been selected by the golden tone of the varnish it is painted in the colors of pale green peach gold and dark green for the leaves. This could be fairly old but it was repainted probably sometime in the 50s

It\'s great to show cute vintage hats on your bureau dresser or shelf unit.

The top of the hat stand does come off but could be glued in place it looks like it came away and no one bothered to reglue it. This is an estate sale find of a lady who passed away he was 97!
