Vintage Crucifix Catholic Last Rites/Sick Call Set. Has never been used. I have left everything wrapped as it originally was. It includes 2 candles, a bottle for Holy Water and the instruction sheet for preparing for the priest. The kit total measures 13 x 7 1/2 and the crucifix alone measures 11 1/2 x 6 and 1 3/4 wide. It is made of wood. The top crucifix slides out and reveals the place for the supplies. There is a place for the crucifix to be inserted to stand. See pictures.
