Here is an adorable micro miniature hand carved wooden wood Erzgebirge Germany Old Time Santa Claus/St. Nick figure. He has his little sack of goodies on his back, and holds a walking stick in his hand. He is only about 1 3/8\" tall. From my research he was designed by a German man named Karl Max Dittmann(deceased), and probably made between the 1940-1960\'s. He would make a perfect dollhouse Christmas display piece. He is made of wood and softly stained in subdued colors. There is a tiny bit of wearing in the wood edge of the base, adding to it\'s vintage charm. Not labelled or marked. You will not be disappointed in this little guy-his delicately hand painted face is so sweet!! Please see all pictures and ask any questions.
