This vintage part came from a working Singer Featherweight 221 Machine. Stamped Simanco U.S.A.,part no. 194584.Wiring was replaced along the way with another singer cord and the plug appears to have been. The foot pads are in good condition.Overall is ingoodrunningcondition.
