Vintage XL Kaiser 6885 Table Lamp Modernist Mid Century Bauhaus Art Deco 60s 70s:

You are offerdingon an original 1970sKaiser Leuchten desklamp type 6885/113. Thelampshade is made ofsheet metal lacquered charcoal grey. It has beenlacquered white on the inside for light reflection. There is one bulb casing.The stem is made of a chrome rod with a ball joint on its top end to allow foradjustments of the lampshade. The heavy base is made of cast iron with a sheetmetal cover lacquered charcoal grey. The switch is placed on the base. Theoriginal Kaiser Leuchten label is still present on the bulb casing.

The lamp is invery good / good conditionand in full working order.There are age relatedscratches on the charcoal grey lacquerwork. The lamptakes one ES E27 (normal size Edison screw fit)bulb. It is fitted with a UK plug. As with all vintage electrical equipment, itis advisable to have it checked by a qualified electrician.
