OOAK!!Completelyhand wrought, this is a Genuine Vintage Zuni Native American Sterling silver and 12K Gold fire agate ring with lush rolling cherry reds, gleaming oranges, and loads of electric greens flashes!!An exquisite stone, it very muchbehaves like an Australian opal, but with a more mysterious depth to it\'s colourplay in thesmooth polished domed beauty.THIS WOULD COST A FORTUNE IN A SHOPPE!!It is sturdily crafted with skill and pride, and is in BEAUTIFUL previously appreciated condition.This BOLDLY HANDSOME vintage adornment was passionately crafted by the late Charlie Hannaweeke, a Zuni silversmith/Lapidarist who specialized in stamp work of his original designs. Charlie and his wife Pauline both learned the craft from Charlie\'s parents and both began producing jewelry in 1953. Beautiful LARGE etched leaves made of 12K gold-filled metal overlayed on silver. Curls, balls, and stamped and twisting edge work add a complex richness that you rarely see.The consignor believes her father would\'ve purchased this between 1962-1972, though he traveled to the Southwest frequently for work on pipelines & drilling between 1955-1980, and they purchased many lovely items.This just has a \"POWER\" emminating from it-- there\'s something truly MYSTICAL about this particular ring- like the artist infused it with his own energy.
