This lovely Turquoise heart pin / pendant shows wonderful intricate Zuni craftsmanship. The heart measures 7/8\" tall by 7/8\" across and weighs 5.4 grams. It is signed with the hallmark of Sandra Quandelacy. The tiny pin mechanism works easily and well and this pin / pendant is in great vintage condition.

A heart pendant by Sandra that is very similar to this one is in the collection of the Kennedy Museum of art which can be seen online at the ohio.edu website. Sandra learned silversmithing from her parents. She specializes in the kind of raised channel inlay that you see in this pendant and often incorporates the intricate designs developed by her mother.
