Vintage circa 1930\'s J. Chein, Hercules Ferris Wheel. This is a tin litho toy with a nonworking windup mechanism. Key is still intact on back of toy and can be used to turn wheel. When wheel is turned with key, a bell rings once per revolution. It measures approx., 16 1/2\" X 12\" in diameter at the widest point. Wheel spins freely, but is wobbly. Frame is sturdy and solid. Needs spring repair to restore it to full function. See detailed pictures. Graphics are still great. Some minor rust. Great old vintage toy.
