The sweet little lady on the top is a solid type of paper mache I think.She is nicely crafted with curls and a bonnet.There are cracks under her ribbon at her neck and side of her face. This would cover an 8 inch tall bottle. The bottom of this is a heavyduty cardboard tube about a quarter of an inch thick. . Please ask all questions before offerding. No returns on this item.
