It is in perfect condition no breaks, no rust, very sturdy plant stand which allows you to place a variety of pots with an assortment of flowers on the three tiers. It was always kept in the sun room, and it looks it. Measures 30\" tall, 31\" bottom shelf, 21\" middle shelf, 11\" top shelf, 22\" deep. Very rare. Thank you
