Original work of art.......signed on the back PENELOPE ....... a very dreamy watercolor of a cat. Just lowered the price by approx. $27.50 on 4/15/15as an \"incentive topurchase\". :) Love the colors and how they blend and bleed together. Signed by the artist Richard O\'Malley out of Lansing, Michigan.... This artwork looks like it was done sometime between 1975-1995. Frame is white as is the matting. The matting has a few spots but the painting itself looks great ! :) Frame and glass are also in great condition. Sorry for the shadows on the glass of the artwork from the photographer. :p/ - Frame is approx. 20\" x 16\" while the center of the painting ... the cut out portion measures approx. 9\" x 13\".
