Offered here for your consideration is this vintage Beatrix Potter Benjamin Bunny rabbit hanging Christmas ornament! Made from ceramic porcelain, this cute piece measures roughly 3 3/8” long inclusive of the wire hanging loop. It still has the original gold hanging cord that adds another 2 1/2” in length. The little dressed hare is glazed in bright colors. Made in 1982 by Schmid of Japan, it is stamped on the bottom FW Co 1982, which is the F. Warne copyright mark. The company made other figurines and ornaments of the many Beatrix Potter characters. It would be fun to collect them all! This charming ornament is in excellent condition!
