I dated this item from the graduation tassel someone added (removable). It is dated 1968. Painted plastic eyes, felt mouth. Green corduroy hat and overalls with felt collar and buttons. A spot on back and a couple small holes-see photos. Red felt has some fading and spotting. From a smoke free home.
