I will be listing a very nice Japanese woodblock print collection in the upcoming week. All are from the same estate collection and are fresh to the market. Many rare woodblock prints including many Shin Hanga era prints and earlier woodblocks by famous artists. Please see my sales for the entire collection.<p>Up for sale is an original vintage Japanese woodblock print by artist Nyogetsu and dates from the 1930\'s. Features a flower girl in the snow. The woodblock print is very similar to a Shotei woodblock print from this era. Marked with the publishers seal as well as the artists signature. Overall condition is excellent for its age. Has no tears, no creases, no folds, color is excellent, no foxing, corners and edges are nice and is still tipped on the original thick stock paper in the upper corners. Can carefully removed if desired. Measures approx. 15 3/16\" by 6 3/4\". Rare woodblock print and is a must for any collector. Found safely stored away for years at a recent 90 year estate. Please check my other sales for other antique and vintage original Japanese woodblock prints from the same estate, including others by the same artist.
