Playful 1940s lounging pajamas

Vintage 1940s lounging pajamasmade of rayon with polka dot print. The pants are blue with white polka dot and the top is white with blue polka dots. The pants have wide leg, 3 inch bilateral elastic on the sides, they close with two buttons on the left. The top has blue piping, one pocket and it has an asymmetrical angular neckline.
