Vintage 1950\'s DOLLY TOY CO Mother Goose Pressed Cardboard Pin-Ups, The Cat & The Fiddle and The Cow Jumped Over the Moon. From the nursery rhyme \"Hey, diddle, diddle, The cat and the fiddle, The cat jumped over the moon\". Overall good used condition, with some stains & wear. (see photos) The marks on the cat appear to be tape residue that I did not attempt to remove.

Set includes: Cat with Fiddle (approx 12\" tall, 10 1/2\" wide), Cow (approx 9 1/2\" tall, 10\" wide), Moon (approx 6 3/4\" tall, 4\" wide) & 2 Music Notes (approx 2 1/4\" tall, 1 1/2\" wide). All approx 3/8\" thick.

The Dolly Toy Co. Tipp City, Ohio, was founded in 1923 & closed 2008. They introduced the popular Mother Goose Pin-ups around 1948. These pin-ups make great retro baby room wall decor as well as a nice 65 year old collectable.
