SUPER SHORT PIECES!
15\" Vintage Puka Shell SHORT choker necklace
Coordinating SHORT 6\" Bracelet The necklace has nice sized shells approx .33\" or 7mm-8mm in diameter -with some probably slightly larger/ smaller and they are NICE! Some of these have widths of about .10 or about 3mm. This is heavy for such a short necklace-weighs almost 2 (1.8 approx!) ounces / 50 grams. I suspect the age of the necklace is 1970\'s when these were all the rage-but it could be slightly older-I really don\'t think it\'s newer. The shells on the bracelet are also very nice but smaller-but still nice-perhaps around .25\" or 5mm diameter (approx average!) and shallower in depth - and the shells here are also nicely weighted The bracelet is holding up well-but the necklace will need a restring soon Both are strung on wire-necklace has barrel clasp and bracelet has wire hook eye clasp and may be artisan made A great gift if you know anyone who is going to Hawaii for the holidays.... Don\'t forget to check them all out! Pre-Owned Pre-Worn pieces Estate pieces from the 1970s -REALLY NICE HEAVY SHELLS But necklace will soon need a restring AND PIECES ARE VERY SHORT! Tons of natural imperfections in the shells but otherwise in decent wearable or restringable condition. THIS IS approximate 40 year old jewerly - you should expect imperfections including signs of age / wear... REGARDING ODORS
I have had & get LOTS of goofy and wierd smelling lots -these could be from some of those -if your nose is sensitive expect to pick up something As I get most of my sale jewelry second hand-it may have odors or scents that I am not in control of-and many times I cannot detect due to a weak sense of smell combined with allergies. I also often recycle packaging (sometimes quite quickly) so if you are super-sensitive to odors-please let me know & I will air your items out & use fresh packaging if possible. We also have pets-nobody has ever mentioned a pet hair problem-but again-if you are super-sensitive I will do my best to sanitize your package. Expect to find some imperfections commonly found in pre-worn jewelry in some of the pieces-these can include dings, scratches, light pitting, in metals and slight discolorations on occasional stones or beads and perhaps even the occasional missing or discolored stone or bead Earrings may be missing backs and you may occasionally find quick clasp fix type items, tangles and other minor but easily fixable items You may even find a piece or so here or there that you think is more craftable or collectable and less wearable All counts, weights and measurements and age estimates are considered approximate As pictured and as described and I am no expert Your opinions and views may differ from mine-so please look over the pictures carefully READ EVERYTHING
