We will refund money if we have grossly misrepresented the item. We do our best to describe each item to the best of our ability. As these are Vintage Items, some minute flaws are to be expected and we cannot describe each and every one. Rest assured, we will mention any major chips, nicks, cracks, dents, rips, stains etc. that would affect the value of the item.

Any returned item will be shipped at the winning buyer\'s expense. We will only reimburse the cost of the item, no shipping. You must contact us within 3 days of delivery with the problem involving a refund. Most problems can be resolved by mutual agreement, so please contact us before leaving a negative response so we can resolve any issues. The item must be received from you in the same condition it was sent.

PLEASE NOTE: POSTAGE IS CALCULATED BY THE OUTSIDE DIMENSIONS OF THE BOX, WEIGHT, AND DISTANCE. SINCE THE POST OFFICE HAS GONE TO THE ZONE SYSTEM AND WE LIVE IN THE MIDWEST THOSE WHO LIVE ON THE COASTS HAVE FOUND THE COSTS OF SHIPPING BY PRIORITY MAIL ARE VERY COSTLY. THIS IS WHY WE ALSO OFFEREDPARCEL POST AS SHIPPING OPTIONS.

We ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia. All other International buyers must get prior approval before offerding.

ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS BY USPS PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL.

We always use USPS Priority Mail for Packages containing glass/fragile items. We offer Parcel Post, but they tend to be a little rougher on the packages. All International Shipping will be by USPS Priority Mail International and we will be glad to give you a shipping quote prior to offerding. For some items it will be cheaper to ship them Flat Rate. We do not inflate shipping charges. We use both new and recycled shipping materials for the health of the Environment. However, due to rising gas prices, this has been reflected in a raise in the cost of shipping supplies such as tape, bubble wrap, special size boxes, peanuts, tissue paper, markers, labels etc. We find ourselves in the unfortunate position of having to add $1.50 to help offset this cost. We regret having to do this, but we can no longer afford to continue to absorb these increased costs. This fee will be added in shipping and handling fees. Please use the shipping calculator for shipping costs on packages that do not have a flat rate. If you buy more than one item from me we will combine shipping when possible. Just let us know you are still offerding on some of our other items. Usually, We will contact you and ask you if you want to combine shipping, but it would be helpful if you let me know. On some glass items, it is not possible to combine the shipment.

And lastly, please remember when leaving response, we are not responsible for how long it takes the Post Office or UPS to get the package to you. We ship your package the second day after we receive your payment.

If the item does arrive damaged, please be sure to keep the shipping box and all shipping material. Notify us immediately if the item is received damaged. If your item becomes lost please notify us so we can begin the process to track it down.
