PRECIOUS MOMENTS White Porcelain Bell with a little girl dressed in clown suit and a duck on the front and a saying about kindness on the back. Designed by Samuel T. Butcher and Made in Japan in 1985. It is complete with its ringer and chain which are attached. Stands 4 1/4\" Tall (including the handle) and has a 2 7/8\" Width. Very special way of teaching a child that Love includes giving Kindness to animals and other people.
