Shipping

All items are packaged with care using professional packing materials to ensure the safe arrival of your purchase. In the event an insured item is broken in shipping, it will be the buyer\'s responsibility to contact the shipping entity for reimbursement. You must save all original boxes, packing, etc., for inspection by the shipping entity; all shipping entities require the proof that the item has been properly packaged. As the buyer, you will have that proof. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Due to the increase in USPS rates, Grandad will determine the best, least expensive way to send an item upon final packaging. Fedex is not an option on , however, any item under UPS shipping will be sent Fedex. During our time on , we have found that Fedex gets our items to the customer the quickest and safest of any carrier.
