This is a totally fantastic vintage inspired dress by Forever 21! The semi-sheer cotton dress features an overall gingham print in blue and white. The bodice has a sweetheart neckline in front, smocked elastic in back and adjustable shoulder straps (the straps button into the dress with a choice of two button holes). I love the blue buttons and blue trim on the bodice! The dress nips in at the waist and the skirt gets wider as you near the hem (i\'ve shown the dress with a crinoline just so you could see the potential fullness of the skirt but the dress looks equally cute without the extra poof). You put this dress on over your head.

The dress is pre-owned and looks worn but I cannot find a noticeable flaw on it. The Forever 21label calls this dress a size medium, butplease take a look at my measurements to ensure this dress is right for you.

The Measurements (taken flat)
Underarm to underarm: 15.5 inches (stretches to 18.5 inches)
Waist: 13 inches (stretches to 16.5 inches)
Hips: 25 inches (so up to 50 inches all the way around your body)
Length: 34 inches (i\'m 5ft5 and this dress hits me about 4 inches above my knee)

The dress is shown with a light crinoline and a necklace neither of which are included in the sale.
