On the lining of the left shoe: By The Greek Workshop Edouard Jerrold On the lining of the right shoe: The Woodward Shop at HUDSON'S Made In Greece Inside the right shoe: 5 B 225 The canvas portion of the shoe toe to opeining is 5 1/2" The opening is about 2" The platform at the heel is 2 1/1 wide & the platform in the front of the shoe is 1 1/2" From the toe to the heel it is 9" Embossed on the bottom of each shoe is Made In Greece D.Sevosialos Perhaps the actual artist (although very hard to see). The hand embroidery on these shoes is just beautiful.... The colors are still bright and the stitch work is an art all in itself...There does show some vintage age conditions but they are still gorgeous.....please see pictures..... The off white shoe box seen in the photo, not original would be included....
