This is a VERY long 90\" strand of Japanese pearls. The clasp is silver toned and is marked with Japan on the side which dates this piece somewhere to between the 1920\'s and the 1940\'s. There is some play in the string but othe than that the piece is in perfect condition. I believe the pearls are imitation as they are to uniform in size and color. but they are a very very good quality with a nice luster. the pearls are about 10mm across.
