Dress made by American Shirt Dress in the 80\'s with 50s styling.Buttons down to the front to the waist.A true shirt dress with a sexy fitted bust line, a form fitting elastic waist, and full skirt.The sleeves are 3/4 and meant to be rolled. I have added abelt and crinoline ~ neither of which are included in the sale ~ just one way to accessorize the dress. It does have it\'s own belt and I have show it with that too. Shoulder pads to maintain the shape.Color is a beautiful blue / green. Fabric is 65% polyester and 35% cotton. In excellent condition.

Bust is 42 to 46 inches ~ this is a very difficult measurement due to shape of dress, so is an estimate
