* He is made of Chenille stem with a German Dresden Paper face and a spun cotton head covered tightly with crepe paper to make a hood.
* And he\'s holding a tiny brown cane.
* He is mounted on a brown paper wrapped wire stem to attach him to the tree.
* The figure is 3 1/2 inches tall. Including the stem he is 4 1/2 inches tall.
* This antique Christmas decoration is probably Victorian, from the late 19th or early 20th Century.
* He is in perfect condition.
