Hereis a beautiful workingFARIES MFG CO desk lamp.

Lamp is 17 1/2\" tall with a 14\" dia. shade.

There area total of 9 (nine!) individual solid brass spindles and disks between the 6\" base and the reflector/socket.

Not only is the lamp itself stunning, the craftsmanship is impeccable!

This is by far the most well proportioned \'GUARDSMAN\' out there and epitomizes the Machine Age Design Era designedand patented by Bert Dickersonin 1937.

The socket cup has a stress crack running its length (see last photo).
