Such a cool looking vintage/antique paper roll/cutter. I think of the old general country stores where they would wrap up your packages with paper and string. Still has the original label. Has a spring arm that you can hook in place and then replace the paper roll (shows a 18\" paper roll with just a small amount of paper). Also included is a wood dowel which holds the roll of paper. The metal still has most of its black paint.In very nice used clean condition - some light wear but metal and wood are in pretty nice condition - still has original label. Not mint/perfect, but works and would display so well - perfect for a craft room to hold your roll of paper or ribbons!Measures almost 21 1/2\"wide x 12\" tall x almost 7\" foot brackets.Will weigh6-7 lbs to ship safely in a large box (will be shipped fully assembled).
