Huge lot of photos taken around 1929-1934.

Most for the Museum of the American Indian

HEYE FOUNDATION, New York City

Out of a local estate, we were told that they were taken by the original photograph and given to this family we purchased them from.

One cool photo but in bad condition is an Indian Squaw holding hands with a cowboy, she doesn\'t look happy at all.

Lot of Bee Cave Canyon, rock shelters, canyon photos, etc.

Satan Canyon

Navajo Chaco Canyon

Navajo squaw weaving

HopiSnake Dance

Indian artifacts from all over that are cataloged and measured.

Found grave sites intact with bones and skull.

Photos of groups of Indian with headdress\'.

A lot of the photos are marked on the back of what it is, where its at and even thecoordinates and negative number.

Some of the photographs have no information on the back.

So many to photograph.

All in Black and white.

They are discolored or faded.

Some are stained.

A lot have rolled edges.

All different sizes but the majority are Eastman Kodak paper 5x7.

Some are small 4 3/8\" x 2 3/4\" they are very faded and have no writing on the back.

One box is completely duplicates.

I am hoping someone will understand them and really appreciate them.

It is a really nice collection of photos.
