This is such acharming little vintage toy that I know someone has to be looking for it.Unfortunately, I do not know the name of the little character that is drivingthis boat or submarine like car. *** see note below from helpful er

He is pink with anorange beanie cap and orange overalls. The aquatic car is a bright yellow-green/ chartreuse green. Toy is a hardplastic.

Embossed into theplastic on the base is: 1993 Spearhead Ind. Inc. Made in China

Size: approx length is 2 ½ inches; approx height is2 inches

Condition: very good. Clean and the car rolls just fine.
