This is a Vintage Ekco, Manual French Fry Cutter, With 2 Cutter Plates, one for Steak Fries, the other for Regular Size Fries.The 2nd plate (regardless of which one you are presently using), can be stored (see pictures) inside the cutter, and easily removed, by tilting it sideways.There is surface rust present, the washers on the 2 front \"pegs\", for the lack of a better word, and outer part of the cutter, but the blades on either plate are rust free, and uncompromised.Also, needs oil to release the stubborn washers, as mentioned on the front \"pegs\". They are what holds the blade plates firmly in place.This is a sale.Thank you for looking.
