15\" tall to top of black felt like hat. Hat has a round gold emblem on front of hat.
Jacket is red and white with blue cuffs and whtie belt. Pants are blue with white strips on side.
Shoes/Boots are black. On the top pad of the shoulder there are paint scrapes. His nose has scrapes and the one right tip of the mustache (See pictures for details).
