VTG Estate 18K Yellow Gold Pendant! Stunning! Marked!

This sale is for one vintage estate jewelry find. Ihave searched and searched and cannot figure out what this symbol means. If youknow, please share your knowledge with me! This is designed out of 18K yellowgold and has a length of 2” and a width of 1 ¼”. The total weight of the pieceis 9.9 grams. The bail is marked 750 and also has an inset marking which Ibelieve starts with 621. I am not completely sure because it is so hard todecipher. The material between the two 18K gold sections is in great condition.This piece has some minor surface scratches due to age. Add this lovely pieceto your antique jewelry collection.
