This listing is for avintage \"Happy Days\" tin bank with key. It was made in the USAbyJ. Chein & Co..Itmeasures right at 4\" tall X 3\" diameter, 2 1/2\" at top and bottom.
I was told these were made for the 1930\'s FDR recovery plan for the depression, \"Happy Days are here again\".
