Hereis a vintage large signed painting on canvas by W. Lucas,frame measures about 37.5\" x 25.5\", painting itself is about 35.5\" x 23.5\". The condition is good. There is a scratch on the lower left corner that measures about 1\", it goes thru the paint(see photo #3). There are a few places that have very fine age cracks that are hard to see(I tried to take photos but they don\'t show up). The painting looks like it could possibly use a cleaning.The frame appears to be oak in my opinion, it is in good condition. The paper on the back is torn(see photo #5). This is an AS IS SALE, returns will not be accepted so please be sure to view all 7, they are an important part of my description.
