CONDITION:

No holes. Waist band has been replaced to make petticoat larger. There is one small section with a few spots on bottom tier. I HAVE NOT TRIED TO GET STAINS OUT. SEE PICTURES. THIS HAS NO ADVERSE SMELLS AND IS FROM A SMOKE FREE HOME
