Vintage ~ Old Pawn ~ Sterling Silver ~ Tribal Turquoise Ring from Kingman, AZ. Was a size 6.5 (or 7 not sure), but the ring band is slightly bent inward on one side making this more like a size 6, and will fit a ladies small fingers nicely. The Sterling was dipped in a darkening patina long ago.
