This is another vintage PORCELAIN HEAD PONY TAIL ANGEL made in Japan. While there is no Holt Howard label, the pony tail porcelain head is very much in Howard\'s style. This Christmas angel is dressed in a gold cardboard gown covered in glitter and spangles. Her wings are made from tulle netting, and her arms are chenille. She is holding a violin but she is missing her bow. She measures about 6\" tall. There is a Japan mark on the bottom.

This sweet angel is in nice vintage condition. The head and face paint still looks good with some paint loss (see her red mouth and cheeks) and her wings are still intact. There is some crazing in the white porcelain, and I see some yellowing on her wings (see photos). There is some missing glitter and some bends/tears in the cardboard dress on the bottom edge (see last photo for close up example). One of the spangles is bent/torn (see the bottom front star). There\'s something that rattles inside, but I don\'t see any way to remove it without damaging the figurine. She could use a cleaning on the porcelain, but I will leave that for the new owner. I don\'t detect any odors, but I don\'t know if it has ever been around pets. I have provided photos from every angle, so please study them closely.
