This listing is for a vintage and RARE SET OF 3 Shafford China Christmas Angel Babies, each one holding a gold star \"magic\" wand. The kneeling angel is dressed in little \"footed\" P.J\'s; the standing angel is wearing a longgown and the smallest one is wearing a baby bunting (tied at the feet and hands) and still has one hand inside the bunting sleeve.Their little PJ\'s have tiny flowers and two of them have a gold bow at theneck. The kneeling angel has a gold collar. They have beautiful \"closed\" wings as they are spreadstraight out from their backs as if they are \"resting.\" They have adorable little faces with dark eyes. The gold star wands are not permanently attached to their hands and are easily removed or could bepermanently attached if desired. They are adorable Mid-Century angel collectibles from the Lefton ~ Napco Era and a rare find to have the entire set together.

The standing angel measures 4 1/4 inches; the kneeling angel is just under 4 inches tall and the one sitting down in her bunting is 3 1/2 inches; all are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs; crazing indicative of age; # 265 on the base of each one. My photo of the base did not download for some reason. I did some research and found out the maker is Shafford but sadly, the labels have disappeared over time. The little gold wands are not the original ones as they must have disappeared over time; however, they display beautifully.
