This item is in the condition shown. This is an older unit that has been used and then stored for a while. I plugged it in and it started heating up right away. It smelled of-course, because of the dust, but it seems to work. I can\'t guarantee anything though, because it is so old. The condition of the instruction book is not great, but it\'s intact. Most, if not all of the powders are dry and look good. There might be a slight musty smell and everything needs cleaned.
