Antique W. M. Chase Stereoview card from American Scenery seriesnumber 964 Trophy Point at West Point, New York, circa 1870s or 1880s. On the front of the card, the leftinscription is “United States View”, on the right is “By W. M. Chase”, andunder the right photograph “American Scenery, Architecture, &c”.

The back of the card has numbered lists under the title “AmericanScenery. By W. M. Chase, N. E. Corner ofLexington and Eutaw Streets, Baltimore, Md.”.The list is in 5 parts with the card title under “U.S. Military Academy,West Point” and “964. Trophy Point” underlined.On one edge, the initials A R G are written in pencil.

The stereoview is in good condition with a few small stainsor age spots on the pictures and nicks to the cardboard backing. See photos for condition of the stereoviewcard and details.

Family estate item, one from a box of antique stereoviewcards along with a viewer that came from my Great Aunt’s estate in the 1960sand dates backs to the 1800s. Will shipin a padded envelope with cardboard liners for protection.
