The character depicted is Tinkerbell from the Walt Disney film Peter Pan & she is in Brand New condition along with her Original Box & Certificate of Authenticity. The title of this piece is Delicate Dreamer & the edition number is 389 out of only 3000 produced world wide & her numbered base matches the COA.
