This is a dug quart size milk bottle Bossy Brand from the United Milk Co. Out of San Francisco. Cal. It has some case wear.(scuffs and scratches) And some interior stain. It has two separate small flashes on the top portion of the cream top. Aside from that, no chips or cracks. See pictures please. A good solid specimen until a mint one comes up. This is the first one I\'ve seen in all my collecting years but have no idea of scarcity. It has an embossed patent date for the cream top of Mar. 3 1925 then a 2 then a BB48 maker mark around the foot.
And on the base the large UM and #26.
My guess is either 1926 or 1948.
